Founded in 2006 by Joanna Swain, The Property Outlet has built a reputation for proactive marketing, strong local knowledge and results-driven service. Since joining our group in 2024, the business has continued to operate with the same local focus, now supported by enhanced technology, marketing and regional reach.
With teams based north and south of the city, The Property Outlet serves the whole of Bristol, as well as selected surrounding areas in South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
