How to report property maintenance?

Please send an email to the The Property Outlet maintenance team at [email protected].

Alternatively, if you have an activated PropertyFile account you can report maintenance via the portal. When submitting your maintenance report, please include as much information as possible, and also attach photographs.

The landlord will accept responsibility for out-of-hours repairs in a genuine and clear emergency situation that cannot be delayed until the next working day.

We reserve the right to challenge any unsubstantiated calls-outs and associated costs incurred on the landlords behalf.

An emergency scenario is an unforeseen situation that requires immediate attention and if it isn’t dealt with promptly could lead to; serious damage to the property, deem the property unsafe, unfit for habitation, insecure and/or endanger life.
