The landlord will accept responsibility for out-of-hours repairs in a genuine and clear emergency situation that cannot be delayed until the next working day.
We reserve the right to challenge any unsubstantiated call-outs and associated costs incurred on the landlords behalf.
An emergency scenario is an unforeseen situation that requires immediate attention and if it isn’t dealt with promptly could lead to; serious damage to the property, deem the property unsafe, unfit for habitation, unsecure and/or endanger life.
